1. Agreement
These terms are between PhxLink LLC (“we”) and you, the renter. Renting equipment means you accept this agreement.
2. Rental period
The rental starts at pickup or delivery and ends on the return date on your reservation.
Unapproved late returns are billed at 200% of the then-current daily rate for each rented item, for each extra day past the original return. Example: a $30/day item is $60/day after the scheduled return.
3. Fees and deposit
You pay the rental total shown at checkout.
We place a $200 security-deposit authorization hold per product. The hold is processed at pickup. It is not a charge unless there is loss or damage.
4. Starlink service
Starlink depends on location, weather, and network availability. We do not guarantee uptime. Starlink’s Acceptable Use Policy applies to all rental equipment. We are not liable for outages or performance limits.
5. Cancellation
Cancel at least 2 calendar days before the reservation start date for a full refund. Cancellations inside that window are not refundable.
6. Use of equipment
Use the equipment only as intended and as instructed. Do not modify, tamper with, or repair it without our written consent.
7. Care
Keep the equipment in good condition and secure it against theft, damage, and unauthorized use for the whole rental.
8. Loss, damage, or theft
Tell us immediately if equipment is lost, damaged, or stolen. You are responsible for repair cost or current replacement cost at the time of loss, including prepaid service we cannot recover.
Each kit includes an Apple AirTag in the foam so we can help recover a unit if you report it stolen. You may disable tracking. If the kit is then untraceable or unrecoverable, you still owe current replacement cost.
9. Return
Return the equipment to our designated location on time, in the same condition aside from normal wear and tear. Late returns follow the 200% daily-rate fee in section 2.
10. Liability
We are not liable for loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience from your use or inability to use the equipment or Starlink service. You agree to indemnify and hold PhxLink LLC harmless from claims arising from your use.
11. End of agreement
This agreement ends when the equipment is returned and any outstanding charges or damage are settled.
12. Governing law
Arizona law governs. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Arizona courts.
13. Entire agreement
This is the entire agreement and replaces any prior versions.
