FAQs

Starlink is SpaceX's satellite internet service. Its portable "Roam" service lets you get online almost anywhere with a clear view of the sky, which makes it great for camping, RV trips, events and remote work.

PHXLINK rents fully activated Starlink kits by the day or week in the Phoenix area. We are not associated with Starlink or SpaceX, and we don't sell equipment or do permanent installs. For long-term service, visit Starlink's official website.

The dish connects to Starlink's satellites, and the included Starlink router turns that connection into a Wi-Fi network for your phones, laptops and TVs. Set the dish where it can see open sky, plug it in, and you're online in minutes. In North America, speeds are typically 100-300 Mbps with peaks of 400+, which is fast enough for streaming, video calls and gaming.

Owning Starlink means buying the hardware and a rugged case, then paying a monthly service plan. If you only need internet for a trip or event, renting is simpler and cheaper. PHXLINK kits come activated with unlimited data, so you just pick up and go. No Starlink account needed.
